Jacques Kallis: The South African all-rounder
Jacques Kallis is a former South African cricketer who is widely regarded as one of the greatest all-rounders of all time. He is the only player to have scored more than 10,000 runs and taken more than 250 wickets in both Test and One Day International (ODI) cricket.
Kallis made his international debut in 1995 and went on to play for South Africa for over two decades. He was a prolific scorer of runs, averaging over 55 in both Test and ODI cricket. He also took over 290 wickets in international cricket, with his medium-pace bowling.
Kallis retired from international cricket in 2014, having scored 50 centuries in Test cricket and 17 centuries in ODI cricket. He is the only player to have scored 50 or more centuries in both formats of the game.

Jayawardene made his international debut in 1997 and went on to play for Sri Lanka for over two decades. He was a prolific scorer of runs, averaging over 50 in both Test and ODI cricket. He also took over 400 wickets in international cricket, with his occasional off-spin bowling.
Jayawardene retired from international cricket in 2014, having scored 50 centuries in Test cricket and 19 centuries in ODI cricket. He is the only player to have scored 50 or more centuries in both formats of the game.
