Permission has been granted for 250 homes to be built on the site of a former industrial site in Trumpers Way, Hanwell.

The plans were approved by Ealing Council's planning committee on Wednesday, July 19, 2023. The development is expected to be completed by 2026.

The site is currently occupied by several industrial units, which will be demolished to make way for the new development. The new homes will be a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units. The affordable housing units will be a mix of one and two-bedroom units.

The development is expected to have a positive impact on the local area. It will provide much-needed new housing, including affordable housing. It will also create new jobs and boost the local economy.
